Pre-K Counts Lead Teacher
I have been working with children since 2005, not only have I been teaching them, also learning from them as well. I Graduated from West Chester University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education obtaining my Pennsylvania Teaching Certificate. I began working at Grace Trinity Academy during the month of April 2012. My goals as an educator is to meet the individual and group needs of my students in ways that support and challenge them in order to foster the greatest academic, social, and emotional growth. I also strive to create a safe and team-oriented community where all people feel acceptance and belonging. Not only am I a teacher, I volunteer for my community as a recreational cheerleading coach, Zumba instructor, and a health coach. I am currently attending La Salle University, perusing a Master’s Degree in Speech and Language Pathology.

My name is Nadirah Artemus. I am the assistant teacher in the Pre-k Counts classroom, the Super Stars. I have been in the field of childcare for 4 years now. I’ve been a teacher at Grace Trinity Academy for a little over a year. I graduated from Kaplan University with an Associates of Applied Science in Early Childhood Development. Currently, I attend Walden University; pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood development, with a minor in Psychology. My desire and passion for working with children leads me every day as I come to work and share special moments with our students. I am a Christian woman and I believe it is my duty to be a role model and help lead our youth to excellence! I have two young children of my own that also attend Grace Trinity Academy, ages 1 and 4. They love coming to school and I love being a part of the Grace Trinity Community.
