One of the ways you can tell a classroom has good management is if the students are happy. Good behavior and contentment go hand-in-hand. This is true for a number of reasons, and we understand the importance of maintaining a pleasant mood in the classroom.
Karen Marshall – Little Sunshines
Hello, I would like to take this opportunity to formally introduce myself. My name is Karen Marshall. I’ve been married for 9 years. I’m a mother of five beautiful daughters. I’m a teacher at Grace Trinity Academy. Children have been my passion for over 10 years. I’ve earned my associates degree in 2011. I am currently attending Holy Family University focusing on my bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. My teaching philosophy is that all children can learn and educating needs to begin at an early age. I encourage my children to learn life skills by becoming independent, creative, confident, and helpful towards others while exploring “through a journey of fun”. On a personal note, I enjoy spending time with my children and my two dogs, fishing, Nascar, scrap booking, the shore, the mountains, miniature golf and Zumba. The biggest influence in my life are my daughters. Everything that I do is for them and to give them the best life possible.
